項目簡介:針對高濃有機工業廢水處理,開發上流式多級厭氧反應器,好氧處理系統、上流式多相廢水處理氧化塔以及剩余污泥處理系統。
上流式多級厭氧反應器:集分級處理技術、流化床技術和污泥顆粒化技術于一體,在厭氧微生物的的作用下,將廢水中的高濃有機物轉化為生物質能源--沼氣,沼氣送入發電站發電,產生的電力可重新返回生產流程。廣泛應用于高濃度有機廢水的處理。
好氧處理系統:將厭氧反應器的出水流至曝氣池,經過好氧微生物的降解進一步去污染物,好氧系統曝氣所用的動力也由沼氣發電提供,大大降低了污水站的運行成本。
上流式多相廢水處理氧化塔(UHOFe):UHOFe融合了流化床技術、異相氧化技術和載體覆膜技術,利用芬頓試劑對廢水中的難生化降解的COD進行深度氧化降解,廣泛應用于難生化降解的廢水處理。
污泥高溫水解消化工藝:MeTHAD高溫熱水解-厭氧消化技術,通過預處理提高污泥可生化性和工藝穩定性,可在大中型污水處理廠污泥處理處置中廣泛運用。

Project Name: High concentration organic industrial wastewater treatment system
Introduction: Our technologies are specializing in high concentrated industrial waste water. We have self-developed Upflow Multiphase Anaerobic Reactor (UMAR), Aerobic system, UHOFe reactor, Fenton Reactor and sludge treatment system.
Upflow Multiphase Anaerobic Reactor: UMAR integrate treatment technology of level separating, fluidized bed and sludge grain technology. Organic of the high concentration wastewater is decomposed by the anaerobic microorganisms, changed into biomass energy---biogas, biogas then sent to the power stations, electricity generated can be returned to the production process. This technology is widely applied in treatment of high concentrated organic wastewater.
Aerobic treatment: the effluent from anaerobic reactor will flow into aeration tank for further bio-degradable treatment of pollutants. Power of the aeration provided by the biogas power generation, greatly reduces the running costs of the sewage station.
Upflow Multiphase wastewater treatment oxidation tower (UHOFe): UHOFe integrate treatment technology of the fluidized bed, different phase oxidation and carrier coating, Fenton reagent deeply oxidize the COD which is difficult degraded by biochemical, have been extensive applied in difficult biochemical degrade of wastewater.
Sludge high temperature hydrolysis and digestion process: MeTHAD high temperature hydrolysis--anaerobic digestion technology, can increase biodegradability of sludge and stable the process by pretreatment, can be widely used to treat sludge in large and medium-sized sewage treatment plant.

Introduction: Aimed at the common problem of friction, wear and tear of machinery, Wyman Nanomaterials developed a series product of Nano-Metal Composite Self-repairing Lubricants. The actual applications indicate that engines after processed by Nano-Metal Composite Self-repairing Lubricants, a Solid tough metal/ceramic nano self-lubricating, self-repairing gradient protective layer can be formed on the surface of kinds of metal friction counterparts. Following coefficient of friction of the friction counterparts is dropped below 0.005. Then the mechanical friction load is significantly reduced, and friction temperature is reducing more than 15 degrees.
