New Solar Energy Battery Assembly Project with Annual Production Capacity of 50MW in Luanping County

Fundamental Information of Project. The crystalline silicone solar battery plate and assembly manufactured by the Project echoes with the development trend of green energy and clean energy as well as the national policies of supporting the development new energy. The application of the Project can regulate domestic voltaic industry structure upgrade its technology, improve domestic solar battery plate technology and comprehensively regulate industrial structure of Luanping County. The Project will include a production workshop, dynamics workshop, raw materials warehouse, research office building, dining hall for staff and staff dorm. The Project covering a construction area of about 50,000sqm can produce solar battery assembly of 100MW annually, mainly including 125*125 and 156*156 solar crystal silicon battery assembly. The construction time of the Project is 2 years, the construction investment totals USD140million, the construction cost is USD30million, cost for purchasing devices is USD86million, cost for installation project is USD2million, and cost for other projects is USD22million. The investment recovery period (including construction time after tax) is 6 years. Annual sales income is USD600million, the total annual profit is USD60million. All funds shall be collected by enterprises themselves.
建設條件：項目擬選址在承德張百灣新興產業示范區內，該區交通便利，緊鄰國道112線，距灤平縣城10公里、京承高速灤平出口23公里，到北京僅1個半小時車程；京通鐵路和正在建設的張唐鐵路經過園區，并在區內設有客貨兩用站；水資源充沛，灤河流經27公里，徑流量19立方米/秒；淺層地下水即可實現園區近期供水，規模為10萬噸/日的供水廠正在建設中；區內現有35KV、110KV、220KV變電站各一座，承德西500KV變電站和園區專用35KV變電站即將建成投入使用；天然氣管道在區內建設中轉站一座、門站五個；現有處理能力為2萬噸/日的污水處理廠一座，并可提供中水回用，規劃建設處理能力為16萬噸/日的第二污水處理廠1座，一期6萬噸/日工程已開工建設。
Construction Conditions: the project is to be built in Zhangbaiwan New Industrial Demonstration Zone of Chengde. The location features convenient transportation and adjoins to No. 112 National Highway, 10km from Luanping County, 23km away from exits of Beijing-Chengde Highway and 1-hour drive away from Beijing. The Beijing-Tongliao Railway and the Zhangjiakou-Tangshan Railway which is being built pass through the Park. And stations for passenger and cargo trains are established in the zone. The water resources here is rich. And 27km of Luanhe passes here, with volume of runoff is 19 cubic meters per second. Shallow groundwater is enough to supply short-term water of the zone. And a water supply plant with a capacity of 100,000tons is being built. Now, there are three transformation stations with a capacity of 35KV, 110KV and 220KV separately. A transformation station of 500KV and the station of 35KV which is built especially for the zone are not being built for production. There is one transfer station and five gate stations, one sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 20,000tons/day to recycle water. And it is planned to build a sewage treatment plant with a daily capacity of 160,000tons. The first phase of this plant with a capacity of 60,000tons is finished.
